In all investments, DAM Capital understands the unique situation of each borrower and works with borrowers to tailor the investment to support long-term business needs.

Investments are generally in:

• European-based companies (majority of sales or earnings)
• Revenues between €75 million and €1 billion
• Minimum EBITDA €5 million (unless previously above €10 million in the last 3 years)
• Minimum enterprise value of €50 million

The DAM Capital group has made investments throughout Europe and can structure and fund investments up to €40 million. Investments are generally greater than €10 million. All industry sectors are thoughtfully evaluated.
